Frasca & Associates is pleased to introduce Marvin as the newest addition to the Frasca Team!
Mr. Sun has over 10 years of municipal finance and airport industry experience. Previously, he was a Vice President in the public finance departments of Bear Stearns and Merrill Lynch where he specialized in structuring and analyzing financing structures and executing transactions for airport and other transportation issuers. Mr. Sun has experience with a variety of structures including fixed rate debt, variable rate debt, derivatives, interim financings and commercial paper. His experience includes senior managed financings for the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, San Diego International Airport, San Francisco International Airport, St. Louis-Lambert International Airport, Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, Massachusetts Port Authority, T.F. Green Airport and Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.
Mr. Sun graduated with honors from James Madison University with a B.B.A in Accounting and received his M.B.A. from New York University.
