Mr. Rowan provides primary quantitative, modeling, analytical, transaction and research support for FRASCA clients.
Of note, Mr. Rowan has assisted the Port Authority of NY & NJ to in lease negotiations, business planning and the development a comprehensive financial model for the expansion of JFK Terminal 4. He has also prepared federal grant and passenger facility charge applications for several clients, including San Diego, Myrtle Beach and Long Beach airports.
Mr. Rowan pursued studies at Harvard College before earning his B.S. cum laude in Aeronautics and Applied Mathematics with a minor in Aviation Management from Dowling College.
